The house.
Old brick house mostly in original condition.
Not the best feng shui but its got some good pros.
Nice big kitchen
with plenty of cupboards, big old fridge, gas oven and cooktop (although never use it a dishwasher, i don't think it really cleans that well from memory)
-also the split system aircon is in the kitchen (the only heating or cooling in the house).
Sun room with nice vista, sunsets.
big backyard.
Big Shed. (Although this is my workshop space but happy for you to use the space and my stuff occasionally).
Loungeroom for random use, currently has a bit of my vintage stuff in there and just used as a whatever utility room but does have a lounge and an armchair in there atm aswell, will be slowly getting rid of some excess stuff in there and open to you making the most of the room to yourself for you're own use.
No TV,
One shared bathroom, a bath with a shower over the top, and another seperate shower.
Toilet is separate.
Laundry is under the house accessed from the backyard.
big old schooll washing machine and a dryer.
There's a big old hills hoist clothes line.
Open to chickens, and all pets.
Quiet street.
Neighbours are nice.
Landlord is good.
Parking is usually real easy out front on the street (I bags/prefer my van in the driveway sorry)
Not best for Public transport but the 58? Tram/ Grantham st. shops are about 10mins walk away. And 504? bus is at the bottom of the street running along Brunswick rd.
The bond is negotiable on case by case, rent paid in advance fortnightly or monthly, flexible giving circumstances and communication etc.
Potemtial Iease transfer/take over the house is on the cards in the future as I might move out myself later in the year.
Note,
My dog has not long past away and will likely be getting another new mate, a puppy probs in the near future.
Other pets are welcome but considered on a case by case basis.
sadly no to cats if indoors only, if you're based and the cat is cool and free to roam outside or intend to make a run then will consider.

I'm 40, a carpenter by trade but have a few different things going on atm, im home most of the time these days although do go away for days at a time now and then.
I like to potter about on projects or in the garden.
Im a lover of hard rubbish, salvaged furniture and bits and pieces, vintage finds etc. the house is full of random old stuff, I fix and repair and make and build stuff from reclaimed materials.
I kind of do my own thing, rarely have anyone over but sometimes do, and some times pet sit, you're freely welcome to as much as you like to of course though, I don't mind at all.
I enjoy listening to music, playing chess & pool, a drink and usually hang out in the sunroom or the backyard,
I go out occasionally, mostly 2 regular places, down the local pub for some live music on a sunday, sometimes saturday or to bar ousso for something fun n random.
other interests probably just Internet rabbit holes and following my nose, philosophy, spirituality, psychology, geopolitics, esoteric stuff etc. and then tradie and building and house design stuff etc.
Prefer to share with someone who, doesn't matter what walk of life but a bit old soulish, deep thinker, hippyish or nature loving, alternative, open minded free thinking type etc.
I'm Spiritually minded and more of a centrist open minded free thinking type, tradionally open minded old school values and morals, accepting of anybody as long as you're a good person.
I dont usually use or categorise myself or necessarily use this language but perhaps, down to earth, mostly chilled, based, red pilled, traditional, classic libertarian,"not vaxed" conspiracy theorist? Old school tripper, naturalist, etc. Not left or right leaning although think both have their points good n bad im more apolitical.
Prefer to live with someone similarly like minded, not ideologically possessed, can think for themselves, not easily triggered..someone on their own journey and understanding others are too.
