Home Description

Description of the home

Hi, my is Clare and I’m 35. I like living with people I can have a chat with and share a meal however I also value people who are respectful of one another. This place would be really good for a mature age student who is looking for a quieter place but also likes to have some fun every now and again. I have a Red Heeler, named Finn, who also lives here, so you must be ok with dogs. Finn does not get along with other dogs or cats so, unfortunately, no other pets can live here.

The house is a 5min walk to Plenty Rd and the 86 tram line. Bundoora Square shopping centre is also a 5 min walk away. The house is located between RMIT and La Trobe Uni so perfect for a student.

The room has a built-in wardrobe and enough room for a double bed, bookcase, and desk. The house has ducted heating and cooling. There are two spacious living areas, a dining area, a generous size kitchen, and a small backyard. Parking is on the street, however, this is a very quiet neighbourhood.

The house would suit someone who has lived out of home before, who is happy to share a meal but also values a clean house and will pitch in around the house.

Bills are monthly and include internet, gas, electricity, and water. The bills are approximately $150 each per month.

About the occupants
Hi, my name is Clare
Compatible people
I'm looking for nice, fairly easy going people who can live in our house without causing too much drama. I would rather a tidy person who likes to keep the kitchen and shared areas clean and tidy. I would love it if we could all sit down to dinner on occasion or have a night out every now and again but also respect each others privacy and space. Someone who likes/loves dogs is a must!
Description of pets
Hi my name is Finn. I'm a 10 year old Red Heeler. I am really good with people but not so good with other dogs or cats.
