This townhouse has 4 bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning. There is 1 main bathroom, 2 ensures and 1 powder room. The garage has one more available car space, and the whole house is fully furnished.
It is a modern property located in Burwood and is 600 metres from the 75 Tram Stop. The 767 Bus stop is just a short walk down the road, and Deakin Burwood campus is a 10 minute walk. The available room has a wardrobe with mirrors and a window overlooking the street.
*We are currently looking to move to another modern property; however, the rent price will remain the same, if not be reduced. All moving costs will be covered by us due to the inconvenience (if your items have been moved to our current residence before we all move).

My name is Lilli and I'm 21 yr-old female originally from Coffs Harbour, NSW. I am studying a Graduate Certificate of International Relations at Deakin, and work full time. I play AFL and read in my spare time. I am relatively quite and shy, but am friendly!
Also in the house is Shannon (24 yr-old female). There is also Jayden (24 yr-old male) who works full-time and has a Kelpie x Collie named Fynn. Jayden likes video games and kicking the football.
We are all very chill people who are looking for a fourth housemate to fill the empty room in the house. Our schedules are all different, so we come and go at different times.
