Own bedroom and bathroom. There’s a built in closet and a big mirror. The room is spacious and an en-suite bathroom is available making it convenient for you. The room will be unfurnished and you can furnish it to your preference. I also have an extra mattress that I only used for about 3 months and is in excellent condition, which I'm willing to sell if you're looking for one.
You will be living with one other male and female who are uni students and are also working. Great and helpful roommates and communication with the roommates is easy too. Overall it is a great apartment with good people.

The Coles supermarket is open 24hrs making is very convenient for anyone. The tram is available right in front of the apartment making is easier to travel. The apartment is very safe and the security is great too. There’s a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living areas will be shared spaces. There’s also a garden area that is spacious and can be used as a space to relax.There is a parking space available in apartment building garage. Overall it is located in a very convenient, safe space and is very well maintained.
