Home Description

Description of the home

Hello! We are looking for someone to fill the master bedroom in our flat located in Burwood. The place is tucked away down a quiet, private street with off-street parking. The house itself is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom setup with a couple of bright, open living areas and a big kitchen and dining space, so there's tons of room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. There’s great natural light throughout the house, and it opens up to a massive, grassy backyard that's perfect for just hanging out or winding down. It’s a solid, comfortable home with a really nice balance of shared spaces and quiet corners if you just need to relax on your own.

Location is a plus for people who want to live a bit out from the city but not too far away. Well connected by trams and buses.

About occupants
Meet the housemates!
First up is Lukas (31), a Kiwi traveler who works full-time gardening, loves live gigs, gaming, writing and backpacking. Then there’s Morgan (31), a marketing manager and professional photographer who balances boxing and cooking with nights out on the town. Finally, there's Jasmine (24), a Psychology Honours student working part-time at Aldi, who loves gaming, art, horror movies, and exploring local coffee shops and wine bars with friends.
Compatible people
We are looking for someone easygoing, who knows how to live with others, has a basic level of cleanliness/hygiene, can hold a conversation and is respectful of others. We all have reasonably busy schedules so we want to live with someone we can feel comfortable around when we are relaxing at home.
