The place is a 3 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The landlord comes around to clean once a week, she’s amazing.

We have a loose bin schedule (when you take the bins out tick your name off the board easy peasy!) and quiet hours from 11pm to 6am just for general respect because we both work and study early! Although, of course if you get home late and still need to use the kitchen and bathroom that’s completely cool, you live here too :) We’re hoping to find someone likeminded who likes to live in a home not just a share house!

The room is bigger in size than the average, has AC/heating, comes with a queen bed, desk and chair, tv and drawers/closet space!

Fridge and separate freezer with own shelves, rice cooker, kettle, oven, stove, own kitchen cabinets, cutlery, plates, own drawer in bathroom, washing machine etc.

Smoking outside is allgood.
There’s a parking space available
Close to Deakin university
Close to public transport, 6 min walk to bus, 10 min walk to tram
3 Woolworths shopping centres are close by
Burwood one only 4kms away
