About the occupants
I'm Leanne, early 50's, I work partly from home doing Japanese to English translation and also away from home in educational research. 19-year-old son is in first year at Uni of Melb. We lead a fairly quiet and contented life. Relaxed and light-hearted, but very busy with work an study, so you need to prefer a quiet home environment.

Jay - First year uni student, hobbies are movies, breakdancing, socialising
Compatible people
While I'm a mum with a son, I won't 'mother' you, I won't interfere, I just expect everyone in the house will show mutual respect, consideration, and basic friendliness. Neat and tidy is good, but OCD we are not!
Description of pets
Selby is a beagle cross, very quiet and gentle, aged 10. May be compatible with another pet, but not a cat - open to discussion.
