Description of the home
High speed Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) WiFi (500 MB/s) included in rent. Rest bills are shared though negotiable, as long as I find someone mature that I can get along with :)
**NOTE**
- Both rooms in the first two images are included in the $325 per week figure.
- Single first room is $240 per week. The other room can then be used as storage since I only want to live with one other person.
- Very keen to find someone with a sociable dog/cat, or get my own pet so hopefully you're not allergic to furry friends!
- I'm currently month-to-month lease, will be getting at least a 6 months lease (can be longer) once the new housemate is approved by REA.
Location:

My current housemate is moving out soon to be with her family. I am therefore now on the lookout for an individual to share a spacious house (3BHK) with plenty of room for storage.
- If you love cooking, that's great! Please make sure to leave the kitchen tidy for the next person 😊
- I'd like to find someone who is self-motivated to share the responsibilities of keeping common areas tidy. I do the yard maintenance by myself since it’s quite meditative :)
- Smoking is fine, but let's keep it outside.
- Good sleep is crucial for me. I'd want us to keep things quiet After 11 PM so everyone can get a good night's sleep. Can do this earlier too depending on everyone's schedule!
- Last but not the least, PLEASE no drug users/heavy intoxication/heavy smoking.
You can look forward to a home that's more than just a place to sleep. Shared meals that turn into foodie adventures, pool nights that become mini-tournaments, and board games that reveal our strategic genius (or lack thereof). Outside of work, I love going out for drives/food, practicing playing instruments and keeping active. I'm also big on personal growth and tech, so there's always room for meaningful conversations.
So if you're seeking a home that perfectly blends responsibility with a dash of fun, this could be the right fit for you. As someone living far from family, I value connecting with people. As I mentioned earlier, I am not too fussed about the exact rent amount or bills, as long as I find someone mature that I can get along with. Can't wait to meet you and make this house a home 😊
Cheers,
Akash
