We are looking for a tidy, non smoker, mature, respectful organise, with common sense, working full time, willing to help and support with basic” housekeeping tasks.
Ideal candidate that works full time preferably to share a wonderful and súper confortable 3 room house, Sharing bathroom with 1 person.
it’s fully furnished bedroom, but we can talk 😉
we can start with “3 months” lease which could be extendable to 6 months “IF “ we all agreed for a longer lease.
Air conditioning in main area,kitchen, and central heating around the house including showers.
Netflix, Plex, BBQ available, full internet, washing machine and dryer in laundry room, fired place, comfortable kitchen to share and nice outdoor gardens and chilling spaces available.
Just 10 mins to Deakin University 10 min walks to the tram station. 20 mins to the City, 15 mins walk to the supermarket.
