We are looking for a new roommate for our humble 2-bedroom apartment. A previous roommate has just moved for work, so this would be a 6-month rental (long-term is preferred, however, is negotiable). We are looking forward to whomever we have next! We all love living in this neighborhood; it's a peaceful and charming area.

-Rent is $325 per week ($1,300 per month) // (Inclusive of bills)
-Bond is 1 months rent
-Move-in within the next couple of weeks

-Trams: 2-minute walk (right outside the apartment complex)
-Camberwell (The Well): 15/16 min. walk
-Glenferrie is also not too far for anyone interested in some local eateries
