The house is a two storey renovated terrace with big open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Cute courtyard at the back with lemon & lime trees and concertina windows which open up for al fresco summertime parties.
You'll be living with two other housemates, Jessie and Helena. There are two bedrooms upstairs (including the one available to sublet) with a shared bathroom and a third downstairs room with an adjoining bathroom and separate toilet.
There is a large open kitchen/dining/loungeroom space downstairs with two communal workstations. Also a little porch out the front (right outside your room) which gets great sun for an afternoon knockoff.
Other house perks inc. a dishwasher, ducted hydro heating and a near complete set of Hetty McKinnon cookbooks.
We're a stones throw from the 96 tram line and there is one permit available for street parking.

Work from home 2 days a week. Out and about a fair bit so like to keep home a sanctuary but up always up for little chats and the odd housie wine
