Hi!

We’re looking for someone short-term (minimum 6 months) or long-term — we’re pretty flexible — to join our Carlton apartment, available from May 17th.
No need to be on the lease!

Rent is $277 per week.
Bills are split equally. Include internet ($83 total) and electricity. We don’t pay for water or gas.

🌿 The House

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment right across from Carlton Gardens! 🏡 LGBTQIA+ friendly.

We’re in an amazing location — just a 10-minute walk to Melbourne Central and Parliament stations, across from a bus stop, and a few minutes from Lygon St and Cinema Nova, if you’re into movie nights. Super close to trams 96, 86 and the Swanston St trams — perfect if you love hanging out around Brunswick, Fitzroy, and the northside.

We’re on the third floor (stairs access only).
We’ve got a washer and dryer — the dryer’s currently getting repaired, but it’ll be back soon!

We keep the place clean and welcoming, so it feels like a little sanctuary — calm and relaxing. Friends are always welcome, but it’s not a party house. Good communication and being considerate really matter to us. We appreciate people who take initiative and help keep things tidy.

The vibe’s pretty chill — sometimes we’ll catch up in the kitchen after work if we cross paths, but we’re all pretty independent and have our own social lives outside the house.

Your Room

This cozy room (2.9 x 2.8m) gets plenty of natural light. It fits a double bed comfortably, making it ideal for a full-time professional who doesn’t work from home and enjoys an active lifestyle.
