Our flat is tucked away on a quiet street at the edge of the city, just a 3-minute walk to Queen Vic Markets and close to a range of transport options. It’s a three-bedroom, split-level apartment, and the available room (unfurnished) and has its own private balcony.
The apartment is on Level 4 and accessed by stairs - no lift - so you'll need to be comfortable with a few daily flights, and keeping your steps up.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Natalia and Deborah - both friendly, open-minded, and socially conscious professionals. The bathroom is shared with Deborah.
This is a relaxed, tidy, and queer-friendly home. We value open and honest communication and are hoping to find someone who’s respectful, mature, and grounded to share the space with.
Rent is $1245pcm / $288 per week.
