Hello,
We have a fully furnished UniLodge apartment in Carlton. It’s a large 2BHK (3 sharing) apartment with 2 people already occupied. We are looking for a female to share one more space along with other housemates. There's a room which is a twin-share, and a spare study room that can be altered into a small, sufficient room with an open window to the kitchen. If any of your female friends are looking for accommodation, please let me know.

Move-in is available ASAP and the contract is until 21 July 2025, with the option to extend.

Facilities included:

Fully furnished apartment with shared laundry on every floor.
Free maintenance by UniLodge anytime if needed.
Access to a free gym, table tennis, basketball court, swimming pool, sauna, private gathering hall, barbecue area, and study rooms.
Carlton Supermarket and Woolworths are nearby.
2 minutes to trams and 5 minutes to the bus stop.
The rent is $985/month/person ($225/week).

The location is close to the city and can be reached in 15 minutes by tram.
