We have a large living and dining area and a lovely open kitchen. The entire place has recently been painted and partially renovated. The house also has a beautiful sunny backyard which is perfect for some bbqs.
Our house is in primo location. A few minutes walk from Brunswick St, 10 minute walk from Melbourne uni and a 20 minute walk to the CBD + the 6 tram stop is right behind the house and 96 is in front of the house- you can’t beat this location!!
