Description of the home

This apartment is for women university students only that are over 18 years old as it is specially dedicated by the student accomodation. The apartment has 3 bedrooms that are shared with 2 people each. So in total there would be 6 people living in the apartment. Each bedroom would have two beds and a bathroom. There is a common living room, dining area and kitchen shared between all the roommates. Just to note, this is a U18 approved accomodation but this apartment is specifically not for U18s. There is a gym, cinema and study areas/rooms on the ground floor of the accomodation. There is also a laundry room with washing machines and dryers on the lower ground floor. There are game rooms with consoles that you can play in and you can borrow the console games from the reception. Additionally, there are two seperate rooftop bbq areas on different floors of the accomodation. Outside the accomodation there is a tram station nearby on Swanston Street, in which you can take the tram to directly go to nearby universities(RMIT and University of Melbourne), Melbourne Central, Victoria State Library, Lincoln Square.
