1 HUGE!!! bedroom in our gorgeous Carlton sharehouse is available for sublet from 1st July - 1st August as I’m heading back to the UK for the month.
The available bedroom is upstairs, super bright and airy with 3 large windows 🌞 It’s 5.6 x 4.7m, and has an incredible balcony for sunset views and a gorgeous fireplace and wooden flooring!! The room will have furniture including a bed, 2 large chest of drawers, a clothes rail etc.
We live in a 5 bedroom townhouse (beautiful classical Victorian terrace). The lounge has both a dining area and a living area with home theatre system. It has 2 toilets and a newly-renovated shower room. We also have a big garden out the back!
We’re in an incredible location - a quiet street in-between the University of Melbourne and Lygon Street with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and a Woolies close by 🍸 A 10-15 minute walk to Fitzroy and 15-20 minute walk to the CBD. There's also a tram and bus stop just a couple of minutes walk from us. 2 off-street parking spaces are also available round the back of the house.
The rent will be $1540 for the period available including all bills.

* Saskia (28) - Originally from London, Saskia moved to Australia in Jan 2025. She works full time as a barista and is very outgoing and loves to spend time out with her friends. She plays netball, loves a boogie, and going to yo-chi at the slightest inconvenience.
* Connor (29) - originally from the midlands but lived in London for many years. Has been in Melbourne since January 2025 and works in a restaurant in the CBD. Loves to hang out with friends having food and drinks, going to Cinema Nova and chilling out, playing video games.
* Liv (27) - Originally from the UK, she moved to Sydney in January before settling in Melbourne. Loves spending time outdoors, discovering new places, and going on a wholesome day trip! She enjoys good food, drinks, and spending time out with friends.
* Tim (34) - Originally from New Zealand, works as an accountant. Is super chill and after work just loves to relax and watch TV with the housemates. On weekends he’ll be working on things around the house or out on shopping trips.
