Our home is a lovely light-filled, 5 bedroom Victorian terrace with a rear 80's extension. A bright kitchen and lounge with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a leafy courtyard garden. It's in a great location, close to Lygon St shops, a supermarket, Cinema Nova, restaurants/cafes/bars, and a short stroll to Royal and Princes Parks, and the Carlton and Exhibition Gardens.

Bills and expenses

While we have independent lives, we're friendly, sociable and enjoy household catch ups on occasion. We're early risers, so we enjoy a quiet house during the evening/night.
