Hey there! We’ve got a lovely room becoming available in our bright and spacious Carlton North share house.

The home is super cosy with ducted gas heating throughout and reverse cycle air con to keep things comfy year round. It features an open-plan kitchen and living area, gas cooking, a full laundry, and a large backyard with a secure gate and clothesline. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which makes morning routines much easier. There’s great natural light and a calm, friendly vibe throughout.

We’re in a quiet pocket just off the Park Street bike path, with easy access to Princes Park, Edinburgh Gardens, and some great local cafes. Public transport is close with the 96, 1 and 6 trams nearby, along with the 250, 251 and 504 buses.

About the housemates
You’ll be sharing with Hope and Emily, both in their early to mid 30s. Emily is a part-time student and Hope works full time. The house has a relaxed, welcoming feel. We enjoy the a fun chat and walks around the local parks, but also appreciate each other’s independence, space and routines.

We like to organise a board game night, movie night, art night etc. it’s a nice home vibe.

If you have a car, there is street parking and can apply for permit.
