Plant-lover's heaven, 3 bedroom single storey terrace in a lovely quiet part of Carlton North. Featuring: hardwood floors, high ceilings, modern kitchen and bathroom (with a bath with spa jets!) and separate living and dining areas. We've got a small courtyard filled with plants. Out the front we have created a social space with a front bar for entertaining and heaps of greenery everywhere.
It's a great location - very close to trams and buses, Rathdowne Street village is a minute away, and we're only a 10 minute walk to Princes Park and Edinburgh Gardens.
