The apartment is in a newly built building in the heart of Carnegie. A huge living area with a big TV, brand new sofa and chairs and a piano. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and just about anything you can think of as far as your cooking needs. Each bedroom has access to a balcony. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 parking spaces. Beautiful floorboards throughout the common areas, carpet in the bedrooms.
Situated within 2km of Glen Huntly, Carnegie, Murrumbeena, Caulfield, East Malvern and Darling railways stations. Walking distance to Carnegie station and the 67 Tram. Two Woolies and an Aldi walking distance from the apartment, Chadstone shopping centre about 3km away.

I thoroughly enjoy cooking, so I'm happy to share whatever I have cooked. I was fairly active a couple of years ago and am looking to get back into that - there's an assortment of exercise gear around the house that you're welcome to use. I love horror movies, quality drama and comedy tv shows and most kinds of music. On days off, I like to explore places I haven't been to and experience new things. Could be a roadtrip or just a trip to the CBD.
Other than that, I enjoy listening to what other people have to say and supporting those around me. I'm not afraid of anyone elses emotions so you're free to be your authentic self and I will celebrate that.

He is house trained and lets himself out onto the balcony when he needs to do his business through the dog door.
