The unit is located in Coorigil Road, Carnegie. The area is nice and quiet.
Room is available from 1st June (date can be discussed).
Rent - $757.50 per month (bills excluded).
Bond - $757.50.
Bills - Water is quarterly, usually is around $100-$150 per quarter for the entire house depending on the usage. Gas and electricity is per month, ranges between $30-$80 per bill for the house depending on the usage. Wifi is $59 per month for the whole house. All bills will be divided equally.
Amenities:
- House is fully furnished.
- Has 1 bathroom. So you will be sharing it with me.
- Washing machine and dryer are downstairs in the common area located at the back.
Note - The house doesnt have centralised heating or cooling system. However, a pedestal fan and a portable heater (not included with the room) is sufficient to suffice during summer and winter season.
