The popular and trendy town of Carnegie (bars, restaurants, and shopping) is only a 10min walk and the largest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere and Australia (Chadstone) is 10mins by bus.

If you are an international student going to Monash Caulfield/Clayton, this is a perfect place for you.

No smoking in the unit, however there is a verandah so you can smoke there (please keep the door closed if smoking).
