In a prime location, a 5-min walk to Woolworths and Aldi, and located between 2 Woolworths!
Indian and Asian grocery stores are within a 2-min walk, and the train and bus station are 3 mins away!
2 mins away from all the restaurants on Koornang Road!
Great asian food, cute bars; there are French and Italian places too! With great dessert!
I don’t know of any cuisine that’s not there!
Trams are around a 15min walk away if the trains aren't working.
Bills are not included, but everything is set up; we’ve never had a bad inspection either!
The room is furnished with a built-in wardrobe; I have a bed (with mattress and pillows), a chest of drawers, and a bookshelf. I am more than happy to sell it to you! (All furniture was brought last year from IKEA, in great shape!)
It also has a brand-new fridge (bought last year), washer, dishwasher, and all the kitchenette items needed. It was a fully unfurnished apartment when I moved in, so the washer was bought by me, and the fridge was between me and my roommate. I would be happy to negotiate a price for those as well!
