Description of the home
This is a nicely sized house with 3 bedrooms. I am renting out the master bedroom and looking for a flatmate. The master bedroom is large, has two balconies and an entrance to the bathroom. There is a chairlift installed on the staircase to assist with mobility issues.
The house is nicely lit and spacious with all the necessary amenities. There is a backyard downstairs along with a converted garage which is now an art studio. Downstairs are two large rooms, a living room and kitchen with dining space.
The house is walking distance to a local shopping centre with many eateries (vietnames, Indian, Mexican and more) a supermarket, chemist and GP. There is also a bus stop right behind the housing complex with frequent busses to both Caroline Springs sand Watergardens Train stations. It 3.4 km from Caroline Springs Square and lake, and 4.4 km to the huge Watergardens Shopping Centre. Street parking is available.
