About occupants
Hi we're Josh (26) and Vinnie (25), we are looking for a 3rd person to join us in renting our house in Carrum Downs. Our lease commences on 6th of June. (12 month lease - $220 each + bills).

We both live active lifestyles, playing basketball on weekends, working, attending university and the gym throughout the week. Our busy lifestyles make up a large amount of our time, meaning we will be in and out of the house often.

Josh - Studying PE teaching, works part time in Education support at a local primary school, plays semi-professional basketball and enjoys living an active lifestyle. Growing up on the Mornington Peninsula, Josh is friendly, loves a chat and a good tv show but also enjoys his down time/personal space at times.

Vinnie - Works full time as an electrical fitter, plays semi-professional basketball, also leading an active lifestyle. Originally a country boy, he grew up in Leongatha, Victoria. Vinnie is easy going, enjoys a good book and like Josh he also enjoys his down time/personal space at times.

We are hoping to find a 3rd housemate to join us, someone who is respectful, tidy and reliable with paying for rent and bills in a timely manner.

Our lease begins on the 6th of month and we are hoping to find a friendly, easy going roommate that will make this living experience an enjoyable one!
