We currently have a queen bed and bedside tables in one of them which can be included or removed depending what you would like :) The two rooms share a bathroom (shower, bath, basin, all newly renovated), and a toilet (separate from shower room). Nat and I have our own bathroom so it's just the 2 of you sharing.

We think it's beautiful! Lots of mood lighting, plants, and we have recently renovated. Split system in the lounge, roof fans in the bedrooms.
The house is already fully furnished - there's a robot vacuum, and we have a beautiful native garden
We have parking for at least 4 cars in the driveway.
Location:
5 mins to the freeway entrance, and 12 minutes from Seaford beach.
On a quiet court, and less than 100 metres from Sandfield Reserve, which has basketball courts, an oval, running track, skate park and dog park.

Jarrod loves the garden, his very organised shed, and board games. Very calm demeanour but really is a child that wants to play downball and build sandcastles. He's 30, does disability support work, goes to his gym classes everyday after work and spends pretty much every weekend seeing his friends up in Greensborough. Current obsession is learning Khmer, talking about WW2 and preparing for his 10 day silent meditation in December.
Nat loves her indoor plants, you might hear her squeal when she spots a new leaf. She’s 28, a physio, social but also needs her downtime after work to watch Bridgerton. Loves surfing and would love some surfing housemates to share it with (very much not essential). Always leaves lids slightly ajar unfortunately.
