I've have 2 spare rooms to share at my freshly renovated vintage home in Caulfield.

It's a huge home above a quiet art & creative space where there's shops, cafes, restaurants, school, trams, parks, vintage, crystal & music shops, supermarkets & free parking all on the doorstep! There's also the cinema, train, bars and beach only 10 minuets away. St. Kilda 10 minutes. University & CBD about 20min.

The back yard is super sunny including a covered & heated outdoor meals area and home is a really nice, chill vibe.

I live here and I'm a carpenter/builder, nature lover, kite surfer and adventurer. I'm ideally looking for medium term employed professionals. I'm also open to tradies & creatives interested in co-working-renovating &/or crafting/exhibiting/co-hosting in the shopfront which is not open to the public but doubles as a gallery & secure street front entrance (additional to (rear lane). There may be the occasional discreet exhibition/event in the shop with notice and there would be options to partake if so desired.

Bills and expenses

Rent is inclusive of all utilities (gas, water, power rates & unlimited - fast wifi). This approach I find minimises tedium in dividing & back checking etc whilst eliminating conflicts over bills. We all got better things to do and this feels fairest. The home is fully furnished, is always kept safe, well maintained and is consistently improving.
