Home Description

Description of the home

Hi hi,

We are friends (Ella and Sarah) and we are looking for a flatmate to share our 3bed unit in Caulfield North. It's a great sized mid-century apartment with a large kitchen, separate bathroom/toilet and 3 queen sized bedrooms.

It is only a few doors down from the Local park, cafes and public transport (tram stop 2min walk and train 900m up the road). And there is unlimited on street parking.

A little bit about us:
Ella is a midwife and nurse.
In her spare time, she loves cooking, spending her time with her friends at cafes, playing in parks with her nieces and nephews.

Sarah works 9-5 mainly from home, and teaches yoga and Pilates on the side. Spare time consists of socialising with friends, cooking, gym or spending time on the couch.

We appreciate a clean home, are respectful of each others space but also enjoy hanging out and cooking the odd meal together. We are looking for someone who is happy to connect and chill on the couch, as much as doing their own thing. We are not night owls anymore, so this is not a party house, although the odd dinner party doesn't go amiss or having friends over for tea and chocolate.

About occupants
About Ella:
My name is Ella. I’m 36 and work as a nurse and midwife. I spend my time cooking in the kitchen, drinking coffee and doing the diabolical Sudoku on Carlisle st, spending time with my sister and her kids or with my friends playing cards. I take a lot of pride in making a beautiful home and am so excited to create a new space in this new apartment. I love watching The Office and Friends and obviously The White Lotus.

About Sarah:
I’m Sarah, 37 I work remotely from home 90% of the time 9-5 and also teach yoga, so I have some early 5am starts throughout the week. My spare time is spent catching up with friends for coffee/walks/dinner, out for a hike, the gym or visiting family.
I’d love our home to be a clean tidy and comfy place to enjoy together whether that’s playing cards, watching something on tv or sharing a meal once in a while.
Compatible people
We’re looking for someone who is down to earth, clean & tidy and respectful of common spaces (cleaning up the kitchen after you've used it, so the next person can come in to a clean space)
Happy to chill on the couch, go for a walk or do their own thing as well.
Is ok with having friends over to hang out - we have friends over sometimes for dinner or tea/choccie on the couch (not parties)
Is ok with animals - we have friends who occasionally come over with dogs
