It features a huge double 4 poster bed, a good sized lounge, coffee table, TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, 3 wardrobes, tallboy chest of drawers, personal heater, rugs, dresser/desk and chair. It is also equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, just to make getting a snack more convenient. This room is available from 7th May, our housie is wanting to move in with a close friend.

The bedroom is a good size, it features 2 built in wardrobes, its carpeted with modern carpet, its currently furnished with a brand new double bed, brand new double mattress , brand new bedding and sheets. There’s plenty of shelving/cabinets and a big TV.
We think we have one of the nicest homes, despite this we are priced very competitively for the area. We're in Caulfield North, which is close to Balaclava, Elsternwick and St Kilda.

We are fortunate enough to live in a glorious beautiful large art deco inspired home in Caulfield North, it is a large home with many living areas, it has very high ceilings, and there is a lot of art work on display.
Although its great to entertain, please don't think 'party house', we simply have occasional housemate & friends dinner parties.
Our home has 2 separate lounge rooms, another 2 private lounges within 2 of the bedrooms, a 16 seat dining table, a baby grand piano and a cocktail bar and a beautiful octagon 50's kitchen table in the kitchen meals area.
We have large screen tvs in the living areas of the home and also in the bedrooms, we have:quality furnishings, and lots of large paintings and artworks (over 100) creating a sense of ambience and grandeur.
We have a large outdoor area, with a large outdoor table, a large bbq, and a big backyard.
It has a very modern large designer kitchen with all modern cons, microwave, dishwasher, and lots of appliances. There is plenty of storage space and the kitchen has every appliance you could wish for.
The hardwood floors are beautifully polished, the 2 bathrooms are of a high standard and are always available..
The home has very high ceilings which really create a sense of space and grandeur, 2 of the bedrooms are carpeted with modern high quality grey carpet, the other bedrooms have polished timber floors with rugs.
There is plenty of parking, there are buses running on 2 separate major roads, 30 secs away, also 2 trams.

Bills and expenses
Internet is $18 per month, we have previously had a shared house account for 7 streaming services, AppleTV, Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Prime Video, Marque, Spotify. If you’re interested please let us know.
Every room has an large TV, and an AppleTV.
Each occupant is expected to contribute at least a minimum one hour per week on common area duties, such as vacuuming, taking rubbish out, garden, general cleaning and lawn mowing. It’s a large home with many living areas, so it’s important that people contribute to cleaning the common areas.
Kitty is $20 per calendar month, , it is to buy all house cleaning products, toilet paper and normal washing powder.
All other utility bills are shared by the number of occupants (usually 5) (if we have a couple/double they in essence pay 1 + 1/2 people).
The average bills should be about $100-$130 each per month. (Depending on useage). (Adjusted for recent energy hikes, summer estimate ).
