I currently occupy the room, living with my brother at the moment. He is to move out of the apartment on the 18 of May where I will be taking over his room. The apartment will be a bit empty as he is selling his furniture but I will be purchasing my own couch, tv etc.

Woolworth and Aldi located right underneath the building. Tram lines and two train stations located nearby, Elsternwick and Glen Huntly stations, easy transport wherever.

Ideal location for students at Monash University or Melbourne University.

There are lots of food places nearby and gyms! The area is very safe, mainly elderly people. The building itself is also very quiet with lots of family’s. Our neighbours are two young girls as well who are quiet and rarely home!

Bills and expenses

Car space is available which is included in the rent. I don’t need a car space. As we are located above the Aldi, friends who visit or partners are allowed to park in the Aldi parking, they never check or have said anything. Parking does close at 11pm every night.

Gas and electric is included in your rent.

Internet is included in the rent, the wifi is provided by the building.
