Welcome to a tidy, comfortable share house in the heart of Chadstone, one of Melbourne's most convenient suburbs. Whether you're a couple looking for two rooms to call your own, or two friends wanting to share a home, this is a rare opportunity to have the run of a well-maintained house in a fantastic location.

Location you can't beat. Everything you need is within 2 minutes walking distance from Coles, Aldi, Officeworks, Bunnings, gym, train station, and Chadstone Shopping Centre. Errands are effortless here.

The house is clean and functional, with a great-sized living room, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and a laundry equipped with both a washing machine and dryer. Two split-system heater/AC units keep you comfortable year-round, and two separate toilets mean no awkward morning queues. There's also a private garage for off-street parking and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors.

The rooms. Two private, unfurnished bedrooms, one upstairs with a built-in robe, one downstairs. Compact but perfectly functional, they're ideal for a couple who'd like the flexibility of a dedicated bedroom and a second room for a home office, study, or creative space. Both rooms share a bathroom. A queen bed & double bed is available if required.

Your housemate. I'm Matt, a relaxed and organised 33-year-old Event Manager who keeps the house tidy and is genuinely easy to live with. I've worked at too many fun crazy events to be phased by much. I work from home part of the time, tinkers on classic cars on weekends, and is usually found on the couch watching TV, movies, or anime on weeknights. The house also comes with a resident security expert — a six-year-old German Shepherd who is friendly, gentle, and will happily accept ball throws as payment, he's more like a golden retriever. Dog lovers will be right at home; prospective tenants must be comfortable with a large dog.

Bills are electricity, gas, water and internet. Electricity, gas and internet are payed monthly, water quarterly. Bills are divided evenly between the occupants of the house.
