Second tenant is moving out from 10th May, so I am hoping to find a housemate to share the house with.

Located in chadstone, close to freeway, shopping centre (chadstone 15 min walk, Oakleigh 20mins, Chadstone village, 10mins) train station and bussess with walking distance.
Very quiet neighbourhood and off street parking.
3 months initial sub lease. As rental agreement is due for renewal in August, yet to receive renewal offer.
