Description of the home
We’re looking for someone to take over the master bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house for an initial 2-month lease transfer, with the intention/opportunity to extend beyond that period.
### The House
The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a spacious shared living area.
We also have an additional room that we’ve converted into a TV room, which you’re welcome to use at any time. It’s a separate shared space for watching movies, shows, gaming or just relaxing, in addition to the main living room.
The house is already fully furnished by us, so you won’t need to bring any furniture unless there’s something additional you’d like to have. The kitchen is also fully set up with appliances, cookware and kitchenware, although you’re of course welcome to bring anything extra.
### Location & Transport
The house is located in Chadstone and is very conveniently placed for both public transport and nearby shops.
- Around a **5-minute walk to Holmesglen Station**
- Around a **10-minute walk to Chadstone Village**
- Around a **10-minute bus ride to Chadstone Shopping Centre**
If you have a car, the house also has a garage. Garage availability may occasionally vary as it is sometimes used by the other housemates as well.

You’ll be sharing the house with two other guys, both with fairly different schedules and lifestyles.
One of the housemates is a musician, so from time to time you may hear him playing bass or guitar around the house. He currently works night shifts at Coles, which means he tends to be home during much of the day.
The other housemate is a physiotherapist and is generally out for most of the day during the week. He’s very active, so on weekends you’ll usually find him bouldering, playing sport or out doing something active.
Overall, the house has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
