Description of the home
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, a nice kitchen, a undercover deck to the back yard, a lockup garage for 2+ cars, a center bathroom with toilet and a full ensuite to the master bedroom which I myself occupy.
The house is within walking distance (less than 15 minutes) to all amenities including Southland Shopping Centre, Cheltenham Shopping Village, Southland and Cheltenham train station, golf
courses and 5 minutes drive to the beach. I’m looking for a female flatmate to share it with.
I work full-time, live a healthy, active lifestyle. I go to swimming whenever I can. I am definitely a homebody rather than party person. But I do like to meet friends / family during the weekends for coffees / dinner or walks.
I’m friendly, clean, and respectful, and I really value a peaceful, cosy home with good energy.
