Looking to have a female, who is a student or working full time. The main bedroom is occupied by another female student studying at Monash with their mother (who will only stay 4 months).
Within this property you will have access to the one bedroom which has wardrobe space. As well as access to a shared bathroom and your own toilet (not an ensuite). There is also another powder room which can be used in an emergencies.
There are split systems (aircon/heating) in the lounge and leisure rooms.
In terms of furnishing, the bedroom has a single bed. In the common areas there are a washing machine, fridge, couch (in the leisure room), TV, kettle, desk, microwave, dishwasher and small dining table.
House Rules
- No pets
- No smoking/vaping/alcohol anywhere on the property
- Notice for small gatherings must be given
- Notice for overnight stayers must be given
