Apologies Guys who were interested
we held the room for a person who has changed their mind >> so here we are again..

We are losing our long term female housemate Ebony, ( we are in twenties btw)
and its time to make some new friends.

Looking for a male or female who is employed, clean and cares, Its everyone's responsibility to maintain the home ( we have a house account where we all contribute $2o a week for stuff & repairs, / gardening etc that way its no stress when something needs doing)

This is not a party house but a home and sure we love to share each others company but also appreciate we all need our own space sometimes.

There is also a spare room we use as a computer room your welcome to share.

I work in the Automotive sector doing long hours as does my other house mate Rhys, we are car & motor bike fanatics and would be great if that was your thing too, but cool if its not.

The house is fully furnished , and its a spacious home great kitchen and all the things you need to relax, Bus is around the corner and its not far to Clayton shopping centre.

Flexible on the length of stay but a minimum of 3- 12months or longer is ideal

We want someone who fits so we have harmony and enjoy life, so its best we meet up first over a coffee. Open to an overseas person who is looking to make a new start but you must be fluent in English
