For rent is a large 15 sqm master bedroom with own ensuite bathroom and a very large wardrobe. It will be furnished with a king single bed along with electric blanket and a new sheet, bedside table, drawers, desk and chair. However, if you prefer to use your own furniture, I can take them out. (I had to take photos with the previous furniture which will be different from yours)

The house is very well furnished including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine, and a lot more. Also you’re gonna have your separate fridge in the kitchen. Ducted gas heating for cold days and an aircon in dining area for summer. Beautiful cosy Japanese design backyard with fire pit, gas heater, gas BBQ, and table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing time or a small party.
The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, 15-20 minutes walk or 5 minutes ride from Clayton station and shopping strip including Coles, Asian supermarkets and many restaurants.
