Fantastic location! With Clayton Railway Station, Clayton Library, and a large number of shops, restaurants and amenities, can all be accessed within a 5 minute walk!
- The first room available is on the top floor. It is brand new and includes a built in wardrobe, and a split air conditioning system. The bathroom is seperate to the room (basically next door), however, it is exclusively yours, meaning there is no need to share!
- The 2nd room available is on the ground floor, and also includes a split airconditioning system. This room however, has its own ensuite attached. The ensuite includes your own shower, toilet, basin etc.
Price is $325 per week. This amount is also inclusive of all monthly bills. Gas, Water, Internet etc are all covered in this amount.

There is plenty of space available on our street to park your car. And if you don't drive, public transport is well within walking distance.
