Located in an amazing location in Clifton Hill, in a great building with a really great sense of community. I've just purchased this 2-bedder and I'm looking to find a couple of friends or a couple to lease the entire apartment from late August.
Right next to Quarries Park and the Merri Creek. Couple of cafes around the corner but cafe at the base of the building reopening soon. Very close to Clifton Hill Train Station and Queen's Parade shops. Building has a bookable Community Room and that's where you'll find the bookable community BBQ facilities.
