We’re located in a quiet part of Ramlegh Springs, Clyde North, with pretty much everything close by.
Ramlegh Springs Village is only a 5-minute walk, with Woolworths, ALDI, pharmacy, gym, cafés and takeaway options. There are also bus stops nearby, plus plenty of parks, wetlands and walking tracks around the area.
Selandra Rise and Shopping on Clyde are only a short drive away, with Cranbourne Station around 15 minutes away.
The house is modern, clean and well looked after, with a large open-plan kitchen/living area, plenty of natural light and an alfresco and backyard to relax in.
It’s a nice, quiet area and a pretty easy place to call home. 😊

During the week we’re generally up early for work, so home is usually pretty relaxed in the evenings. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, but we’re definitely not over the top about it.
We’re friendly and social and happy to have a chat or share a drink, but also respect everyone’s own space and privacy.

Anna is our tiny black ninja cat — sweet as anything, but moves like a shadow. She pops inside for a cuddle, then disappears outside again like she’s got secret missions to run.
Bindi is the big white marshmallow of the house, professionally trained in the art of daytime napping. If sleeping were a sport, she’d be undefeated. She also prefers the great outdoors… mostly because it means more sunbaking.
And then there’s Mr Cash — the self-appointed security guard. He patrols the yard, supervises the girls, and takes his “protector” role very seriously… except when he, too, is asleep outside.
