Quiet space in a convenient location.
Walking distance to local cafes, shops, transport (train,tram,bus) and parks including Coburg Lake Reserve.
Large living/dining area includes an open fireplace (but I’ve never used it) as well as some built in storage. Stone-bench kitchen complete with a waterfall island breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, large oven (900mm), dishwasher, air fryer, microwave and plenty of storage. Ducted heating and evaporative cooling, alarm system, solid hardwood floors, ducted vacuum as well as a large laundry with some attic storage via a retractable ladder. Double sliding doors from the living area flow to a large alfresco entertaining deck with BBQ
I have an ensuite in my room, so the main bathroom and seperate powder room, you have to yourself most of the time.
I’ve set up the 3rd bedroom as a lounge room with a sofa bed for occasions when friends/family want to stay over
I’ve only been in the property for a few months so there are some wrinkles that still need to be ironed out
