Quiet space in a convenient location.
Walking distance to local cafes, shops, transport (train,tram,bus) and parks including Coburg Lake Reserve.
Large living/dining area includes an open fireplace (but I’ve never used it) as well as some built in storage. Stone-bench kitchen complete with a waterfall island breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, large oven (900mm), dishwasher, air fryer, microwave and plenty of storage. Ducted heating and evaporative cooling, alarm system, solid hardwood floors, ducted vacuum as well as a large laundry with some attic storage via a retractable ladder. Double sliding doors from the living area flow to a large alfresco entertaining deck with BBQ
Room is large with heaps of storage. Will be sharing with a quiet, respectful man in his early 40s. I’ll use the 3rd bedroom/ lounge room once in a while if needed
