Hi there!

I'm looking to sublet my sunny room in our gorgeous flat in South East Coburg (Wurundjeri-Woiwurrung Country) from 29th June-29th August.

We're a lovely gang of four women currently and are looking for someone who will fit the vibe for the two months of subletting. We love to hang out or chat in the kitchen, we do house dinners about once per week and go on coffee or op-shop adventures in the area. We like it clean and tidy in the house, and with our cleaning roster, you will end up cleaning either the common area or the bathroom about once per week.

The flat is located right on the Merri Creek with a balcony overlooking it - perfect for runners, walkers and general nature lovers!

We are looking for a fellow veggie or vegan (pescetarian also ok) or someone who is willing to NOT eat meat at home. LGBTQIA+ friendly and allies to First Peoples Justice only! As I will be entrusting my room and my beautiful housemates to you, I really want to make sure you're a good fit for the house :)

Our gorgeous part-time house dog unfortunately does not want any company and therefore no pets please.

The rent is an absolute stealer at $750 per month, so $1,500 for the entire two months.
