Hey there, Steve and I welcome you.
We are situated closeish to Moreland station and in between Lygon st and Sydney rd with plenty of public transport options.
There is an iga, gym, pizza and pasta restaurant and okish coffee shop within a short walk and so close to the Merri Creek Trail i've heard kookaburras some mornings.
The house is semi spacious with a nice open kitchen living room, tidy bathroom with bath tub and with great shower pressure. An office/study that could be yours to work from home or use as you'd like.
We have a gorgeous massive backyard with a couple of olive trees and a mandatory lemon tree. There's an outdoor laundry and second toilet and storage space.
