Great room opening up in a 3- bedroom 2 bathroom house in Coburg from late September.

Located central to everything with a beautiful park across the road, 12 minute walk to the train station, 5 minute walk to Coles/Bunnings/Officeworks/snap fitness, 20 minute walk to Sydney road and trams. Easy commute to the CBD 🏙️ and airport ✈️ with plenty of street parking and bike paths.

Bedroom is downstairs on the main level.
2.8 x 3.1m with a large one wall built in wardrobe and central heating. Will comfortably fit a double or queen bed.
+ shared bathroom with 1 other (house has a seperate toilet/powder room)
Parking 🅿️: unmetered street parking.
🏡 The House:
Modern 3 - bed, 2- bathroom, 2 - car townhouse with 2 seperate living areas, laundry and an easy to maintain front and backyard. Will be fully equipping the house with washing machine, fridge, microwave, office and all the essentials.

• Clean, tidy, and happy to share responsibilities around the house.
• Social and easy-going — down for the occasional house dinner, drink, or chat, but also respectful of everyone’s space and quiet time

• Not a party house — enjoy small gatherings but keep things chill and respectful.

I’m the new owner of this house so you’ll be sharing this new journey with me 🙌🏼.
I also work in the international aviation industry ✈️ so I do travel quite often - which means plenty of your own down time.
Looking to make the space into a home rather than just a house. When I’m home I do tend to enjoy my chill/down time as my sleep is very important but always happy to catch up for a drink/dinner and socialise.
