470 Smith Street Collingwood, Trilby Apartments is ~3-year-old apartment building, located on Smith Street one block back from Alexandra Parade (on the S/E corner, far side from roads so the apartment is quiet). Great for transport with 86 tram on our door stop, and very central for all car travel. If you are a fan of the area I don’t need to sell this location to you - restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes, retail, Woolworths, Aldi, Coles, and post office are all within walking distance.
The apartment hosts 2 bedrooms, 2 great bathrooms with generous storage, large east-facing balcony, European laundry, quality SMEG appliances, nice finishes and a decent amount of general storage throughout. My bedroom has an ensuite, so the second bathroom/ shower will be used exclusively by you. There is also a prime rooftop area with seating, uninterrupted city views and a communal kitchen/ dining area for hosting. Everyone in the building is super friendly also.
Some furniture/ plants pictured will be taken (TBC) however I am in a position to purchase either separately/ together some new items. Main fridge, and washing machine (only 10 months old) will stay.
