Home in Collingwood, close to smith street tram, hoddle street buses and Victoria Park Train Station, the Hurstbridge line, 11 min bus ride into the CBD, walking distance to smith street and on a quiet street. Coles, Woolworths and Aldi in walking distance and also a number of woolies metro and foodworks even closer. Heaps of shops cafes and nightlife on our doorstep.
Definitely open to a couple as everything is split 3 ways, which is how we have had it until now. Also open to singles and shorter stays if the timing suites both parties.
Large open plan living area and kitchen, which opens out into private courtyard. Indoor large laundry room.
Also have a loveable Shar Pei that will give you lots of cuddles.

I love being social, going for a drink with friends, traveling but also value my down and quiet time, prefer my home to be that, safe and chill space, definitely not looking to have a party house. Like to keep fit and try to eat healthy. I’m pretty easy going, clean, tidy and respectful of others and their space. I like my home to be a comfortable, relaxed sanctuary.
