Room available for rent in Collingwood!

Only looking for a single person currently as its not the largest of houses.

Amazing location tucked right between Goldies and the Gem in Collingwood.

Room is available now.

Recently renovated house with amazing bathroom and kitchen. Fully furnished house with unfurnished room but potential for bed to be included if needed. Skylights throughout. Good sized room for the area with large built in robes.

The right person will ideally be creative, compassionate, progressive in some form or other. Looking for someone mature, considerate, tidy as well as social and outgoing.

Open to all genders. 25-40 ideally. Very open minded house. SW friendly. House also includes the sweetest dog in the world Lulu. So must be okay with dogs and you'll have a new walking buddy.

You will be living with one other, myself, I am a freelance designer who enjoys good food, goodd wine, architecture, design, dance music, weekends away. Currently doing a tiny house conversion on my block in Castlemaine in my spare time.

As I WFH, the right person will preferably work part or full time out of the house so we can have our own space too.
