ROOM AVAILABLE FOR LEASE TRANSFER IN THE HEART OF COLLINGWOOD
Please read carefully as the answer to your question might be in the post.
Rent is currently 1379.50/month (Approx. 345 per week) + bills (they are pretty reasonable).
You will have your own parking spot, own bathroom, a dishwasher, laundry washer and drier, and share the apartment with just 1 housemate. Room comes with a sturdy and new bed-base.
Building is across the street from Collingwood Station and a 10 min bus ride to the CBD (also very walkable to there too). There is also a bus in front of it straight to St. Kilda (20 min ride). Smith Street is a 7 min walk.
Your new housemate works out of home Tuesday to Saturday and is very friendly. This is a peaceful and easygoing home and it is intended to remain like this! Additionally, this is a GAY-FRIENDLY home and it's preferred to have someone like-minded move in.
If you take the room, we will do a LEASE TRANSFER into your name. I already have the paperwork in my hands and so long you can prove stable income, you should be fine.
I absolutely love living here and my only reason for leaving is a long trip overseas for medical reasons. Real-estate does not allow us to sublet the room. I will miss it very much.
I leave Australia on April 25th so we are definitely looking for someone to take the room as soon as paperwork is done. I can move out earlier if need be!
Please send me a DM if you are genuinely interested or know someone who is. Tell me a little about yourself and we should be able to organise an inspection.
Thank you!
