To keep things completely simple and hassle-free, we are offering this room on an all-inclusive basis.

• The Price: $1000 total for the entire 16-night stay (covers both individuals in the couple).

• Bills: Fully included! There are zero extra charges for high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, or water. No extra charges to use the swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzis or the gym facilities !

• Payment Terms: Because this is a short-term holiday/sublet stay, the total amount is payable upfront to secure your dates before key handover.

• Security Deposit: A flat $200 key & holding deposit is required upfront. This will be fully refunded to you on the day you check out and return the keys.
